About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Bourbon St Grill. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order
    • Portion and wrap foods for customers
    • Package take-out food for customers
  • Food Storage and Inventory
    • Place dishes in storage area
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders
    • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Record Keeping
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
