Are you an experienced leader in the culinary world? EightSix Network is seeking a skilled General Manager to oversee our latest dining establishment. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with shaping the restaurant's strategic direction, managing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the restaurant's strategic initiatives
  • Manage daily operations, focusing on staffing and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and guide a diverse team of professionals
  • Oversee financial management and drive profitability
  • Promote a guest-focused culture to deliver outstanding dining experiences
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Serve as a representative of the brand and foster community engagement
  • Regularly assess performance metrics and introduce innovative strategies

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a General Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proven leadership and time management abilities
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and culinary arts

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Authorization to work in Canada
  • Certifications in food safety and responsible service
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 20 lbs regularly
