About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front End Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist with basic accounting duties, including payroll and accounts payable, to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Play a proactive role in the recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and orientations, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure seamless communication and decision-making.
  • Perform various office duties as assigned by the Store Manager to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to enhance our team's skills and knowledge to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with our company systems and processes would be an asset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on contributing to team results and achieving shared goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Outlook and Excel, would be an asset.
