**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Front End Manager at No Frills. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **HR Support**: Provide support to colleagues with HR-related inquiries, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • **Accounting and Administration**: Manage basic accounting duties, including payroll and accounts payable, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • **Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**: Proactively participate in the recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and orientations, to attract top talent to our team.
  • **Employee Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • **Office Duties**: Perform various office duties as assigned by the Store Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of our store operations.
  • **Talent Development**: Identify and develop diverse teams that foster a culture of inclusiveness and belonging, driving business results and employee engagement.

**Requirements**

  • **Familiarity with Company Systems**: Familiarity with our company systems is an asset, but not required.
  • **Availability**: Must be available to work days and weekends, as needed.
  • **Team Player**: Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork, contributing to the success of our store operations.
  • **Communication and Problem-Solving Skills**: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • **Organizational Abilities**: Exhibit excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility.
  • **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in PC applications, including Outlook and Excel, is an asset.
