Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Manager to join our team at No Frills. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a diverse team of employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience and addressing any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Manage and maintain the front end of the store, including cash handling, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent loss and shrinkage, including monitoring and addressing any potential security risks.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with store management, employees, and customers, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
