We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Calgary Sweets & Restaurant Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring our establishment remains compliant.
- Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe environment for our staff and customers.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best quality and prices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 40 hours of work per week.
