Job Title: Residential Cleaning Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Cleaning Service Manager to join our team at Steamates Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning services team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our cleaning services team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Establish or Implement Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures for our cleaning services team, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Inventory: Manage the budget and inventory for our cleaning services team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: Oversee the management of accounts receivable for our cleaning services team, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of our cleaning services team, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license.
  • Workplace Information: On-the-road job, 35-40 hours per week.
