Job Title: Residential Cleaning Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Cleaning Service Manager to join our team at Steamates Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations of our cleaning services team
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Plan and control budget and inventory for cleaning supplies
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • College/CEGEP education
  • English language proficiency

Work Environment:

As a Residential Cleaning Service Manager, you will be working on the road, with frequent or constant travel required. Work locations may vary, and you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning professionals.
