We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Cleaning Service Manager to join our team at Steamates Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily operations of our residential cleaning services
    • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Planning and Budgeting
    • Plan and control budget and inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Valid driver's license required for on-the-road job
  • Workplace Information
    • Permanent employment opportunity
    • 35-40 hours per week
    • English language required
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • College or CEGEP education
