We are currently seeking a Senior Field Services Manager to oversee operations in the field.

This role allows for remote work flexibility, providing the opportunity to manage a team effectively while ensuring optimal service delivery.

This position will collaborate closely with health authorities, focusing on enhancing patient outcomes through continuous service improvement for clinical and healthcare support users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of field service professionals.
  2. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) within the designated area.
  3. Oversee the recruitment process, including candidate evaluation, interviewing, onboarding, and training.
  4. Set and manage team and individual performance goals, providing coaching as necessary.
  5. Foster staff development through open communication and training opportunities.
  6. Operate within established policies and management guidance, independently determining daily operational strategies.
  7. Monitor team performance and service quality, utilizing feedback from client and staff interactions to identify improvement areas.
  8. Collect and relay customer feedback to senior management, assessing whether client expectations are met.
  9. Assist in managing escalated issues arising in the field.
  10. Support leadership in enhancing business processes.
Leadership Experience

Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of managerial or leadership experience.

Education and Certifications
  1. A bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  2. A graduate degree is preferred.
Required Skills
  1. Exceptional negotiation abilities.
  2. Proven leadership in managing personnel and achieving business objectives.
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
  1. Ability to perform general office tasks.
  2. Must be capable of fulfilling essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
  3. Travel may involve overnight domestic trips.
