Quality and Risk Management Supervisor

As a pivotal member of the Alliance for Healthier Communities, the Quality and Risk Management Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing quality enhancement initiatives and risk assessment across the organization.

Reporting directly to the Director of Organizational Health, this position involves collaborating with managers and staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of Quality Improvement strategies.
  • Facilitate Risk Management processes to mitigate potential issues.
  • Support the formulation and evaluation of annual program objectives.
  • Provide ongoing leadership and technical guidance for various projects.
  • Oversee program operations, staffing, and compliance with reporting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of managerial experience in a related sector.
  • Project Management experience is advantageous.
  • Extensive knowledge of community health and primary care principles.
  • Experience working with diverse, low-income populations.
  • Familiarity with the community-based health system and its determinants.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to foster team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in various software applications and digital work environments.
