About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Saigon Thai Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our dishes are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase the flavors and ingredients of Thai cuisine, while also considering dietary restrictions and preferences.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stocked in a timely manner.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, and that high standards of quality are maintained at all times.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a chef or in a related role.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with a strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and ingredients.

Language

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
