About the Job

Moly Construction INC. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team. As a Drywall Installer, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, applying successive coats of compound, and sanding seams and joints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets
  • Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
  • Clean and prepare surfaces
  • Cure freshly plastered surfaces
  • Install corner beads and wire mesh around beams
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
Work Environment

As a Drywall Installer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work at heights, and be exposed to dusty and noisy conditions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and reliability
