Requirements:

  • DEC in administration, operations management, manufacturing management, supply chain management, or logistics management;
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, including 2 years of experience in personnel management;

  • Aptitude for supervising unionized personnel;
  • Knowledge of an ERP or MRP system, SAP;
  • Microsoft Office software skills;

  • Developing the skills of direct reports and other team members;
  • Ability to inform and delegate tasks.
