Logistics Administrative Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Administrative Clerk to join our team at a manufacturing company in St-Jérôme. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative and logistics tasks to ensure smooth operations and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of operations by handling transport logistics
  • Provide customer service for transport reservations
  • Refactor transport services to improve efficiency
  • Communicate regularly with clients for transport submissions and delivery requests
  • Manage emails, send copies of invoices, statements of account, and client payments
  • Assist with order processing and data entry during workload overflows
  • Provide prices for items
  • Participate in the success of the migration to a new ERP software, data entry, and other related tasks
  • Conduct online research for administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Advanced computer skills, including intermediate Excel for ongoing submission reports
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
