About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Fromages la Chaudière Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of goods received and dispatched.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role is an asset.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Familiarity with pallet lifters and other warehouse equipment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular lifting and bending required.
