About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Gangabhanvi Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, suggesting sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
