Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at BSG Tire & Lube Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our body shop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Work
    • Direct and supervise a team of body shop technicians to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and ensure that all work is completed on time.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Train or arrange for training to ensure that all staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage Resources
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to ensure that the body shop has the necessary resources to complete work efficiently.
  • Establish Work Methods
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a body shop or related industry.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Criminal Record Check
    • A valid criminal record check is required for this position.
