Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at BSG Tire & Lube Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and training or arranging for training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of automotive body repair technicians to ensure high-quality work and efficient production.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule repair projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer expectations.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support repair operations.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the automotive body repair industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to work in a shop environment and lift up to 25 kg.
