Job Title: Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at BSG Tire & Lube Services Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, training or arranging for training, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment and supplies, and establishing methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinating work activities with other work units.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a team of automotive body repair technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule repair projects to meet customer deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure technicians have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the automotive body repair industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
