Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at BSG Tire & Lube Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and training or arranging for training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of body shop technicians and other support staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the automotive body repair industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
