The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient department operations
  • Maintaining digital filing systems
  • Responding to emails and other digital queries and correspondence
  • Managing calendars for department heads, including making travel arrangements
  • Drafting and editing letters, reports, and other documents
  • Inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets
  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes
  • Coordinating logistics for online meetings and ensuring all read aheads are complete and disseminated
  • Expertly using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to create documents and presentations
  • Researching, compiling, and summarizing information for reports or presentations
  • Working closely with senior executive staff

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and security while working with sensitive information.
