Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Manager to join our team at POA TIKI BAR. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our bar operations, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily bar operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve overall performance.
- Plan and organize daily bar operations, including staff schedules and inventory management.
- Train staff on new procedures and policies.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage events and functions, including weddings and private parties.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Smart Serve certification.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience with point of sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
