Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Manager to join our team at POA TIKI BAR. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and optimize daily bar operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including menu pricing and promotions.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high performance standards.
- Monitor and control inventory, including ordering and stock management.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Smart Serve certification.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and point of sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
