Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily bar operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills.
  • Plan and organize daily bar operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the bar and increase sales.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage events and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Smart Serve certification.
  • MS Excel and MS Word skills.
  • Point of sale system experience.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
