- Minimum of 12 years' experience in a customer service environment

- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new software
- Availability for full-time work
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
