About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our Water and Wastewater projects in Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the planning, design, and construction of large-scale Water and Wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management mandates of varying size and scope, involving multiple stakeholders in the Water and Wastewater industry.
  • Manage the design and construction of large Water and Wastewater projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Closing new business, winning key pursuits, and mentoring new employees to grow our service business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Water and Wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence others and resolve complex issues.
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with relevant certifications (e.g., Eng., PMP).
