Position Overview
The Service and Repair Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring safe operational practices within the organization. This position is dedicated to identifying and addressing potential safety concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned projects effectively.

• Assist in the evaluation, modification, and development of safety protocols.

• Manage chemical safety protocols, including Safety Data Sheets and waste disposal.

• Participate in investigations related to incidents.

• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards.

• Lead monthly safety meetings with the team.

• Ensure compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Organize and monitor in-person safety training sessions.

• Support ergonomic assessments and manage hazardous materials and chemical storage programs.

• Contribute to the creation of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) training programs and deliver training as directed.

• Monitor employee adherence to safe work practices.

• Prepare reports on safety issues and suggest improvements.

• Maintain safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

• Educate employees on safe work practices and emergency procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Competence in generating safety reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Forms).

• High level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 1-3 years of experience in safety management preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Work is conducted in both clean room and office settings.

• The role may require prolonged periods of sitting or standing.

• The Service and Repair Administrator will utilize a computer or touchscreen for data entry.

• Must be capable of occasionally lifting and moving objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
