Full-Time Director of Educational Services Needed

We are passionate about helping children realize their potential and navigate academic challenges. Oxford Learning Centres Inc. is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Director of Educational Services to guide students toward a brighter academic future.

Position Overview

This role requires in-person attendance. Candidates must be able to commute to the designated location. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Educational Services, you will engage in the center's daily operations, collaborating with a diverse group of individuals, including staff, educators, parents, and students. You will work closely with the Centre Director, taking on the following responsibilities:

  1. Provide information to prospective parents regarding our educational programs
  2. Coordinate schedules for students, staff, and educators
  3. Administer and oversee assessments
  4. Develop and manage student learning initiatives
  5. Engage with community members, including schools, sports organizations, and local businesses
  6. Maintain communication with parents and conduct meetings to discuss student progress
  7. Ensure adherence to the Oxford Learning philosophy throughout the center
  8. Create an engaging and dynamic learning atmosphere daily
  9. Master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and mentor fellow educators
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of a university degree (preferably with credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Mathematics, and Business)
  2. Strong mathematics skills at the secondary school level are advantageous
  3. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Cantonese, is a plus
Experience Requirements
  1. Experience in an educational setting with medium to large student populations
  2. Background in a business environment is beneficial
  3. Familiarity with billing processes is required
  4. Proficient computer skills (MS Office, online communication tools)
  5. Strong communication skills and experience in customer service (sales experience preferred)

Compensation

$40,000 per year plus performance-based bonuses (up to $5,000 additional)
