Full-Time Education Director Opportunity

At Oxford Learning Centres Inc., we are dedicated to guiding students towards achieving their academic goals. We are in search of an enthusiastic Education Director who is committed to enhancing the educational journey of our students.

Position Overview

This role requires in-person engagement, necessitating a commute to the designated location.

Key Responsibilities

As the Education Director, you will be integral to the centre's operations, collaborating with staff, educators, parents, and students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing information to prospective parents regarding our educational programs
  2. Coordinating schedules for students, staff, and educators
  3. Administering assessments and evaluations
  4. Developing and overseeing tailored learning programs for students
  5. Engaging with community stakeholders, including schools and local organizations
  6. Maintaining communication with parents to discuss their child's academic progress
  7. Ensuring adherence to the educational philosophy of Oxford Learning
  8. Creating an engaging and positive learning atmosphere
  9. Mastering and imparting the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy to fellow educators
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of a university degree (preferably with credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Mathematics, and Business)
  2. Strong skills in secondary school mathematics are advantageous
  3. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Cantonese, is a plus
Experience Requirements
  1. Experience in an educational setting with medium to large student populations
  2. Background in a business environment is beneficial
  3. Familiarity with billing processes is essential
  4. Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, online communication tools)
  5. Strong customer service skills, with sales experience preferred

Compensation

Annual salary of $40,000, with potential incentive bonuses of up to $5,000.
