Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain approval from sponsors and leadership for project commencement
  • Create and secure endorsements on the project charter
  • Outline project scope, objectives, key deliverables, risks, and financial plans
  • Oversee project budget, resources, risks, and change management strategies
  • Formulate and implement project plans, manage interdependencies, and track progress
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage their expectations
  • Work in conjunction with other Project Coordinators

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination for medium to large-scale projects
  • PMP certification is mandatory
  • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
  • Excellent communication, planning, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Capability to gather business requirements and document workflows
  • Agile project management certification is advantageous
  • Experience in software development life cycle methodologies
  • Proven experience in mentoring and developing team members
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
