About the Role
Canadian Blood Services is in search of a regular part-time Personnel Scheduling Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic Donor Centre Team.
The Personnel Scheduling Coordinator is tasked with organizing and preparing rotational work schedules to fulfill operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluates and plans staffing needs to align with operational requirements within the Supply Chain Department. Develops, maintains, and posts work schedules. Manages timekeeping functions. Keeps records of relief staff, including names, contact information, availability, and hours worked.Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Completion of Grade 12 plus four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Proficient typing skills at a minimum of 45 words per minute. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Effective interpersonal skills. Physical capability to perform the duties of the position. Strong organizational skills. Competence in operating related equipment.What We Offer:

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 06:60 to 14:30. Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
