About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at GRILL MASTER. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional quality and service.

Inventory Management and Supply Chain

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Record Keeping

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Food Trolley Delivery and Supervision

Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
