Job Title: Vice President, People

Crawford & Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, People to join our team. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business results through effective human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement and communications program to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Partner with the human resources team to create a compelling corporate and employee value proposition to attract top talent and drive business growth.
  • Lead the development and implementation of talent management and performance processes to drive business results and ensure succession readiness.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver a competitive total rewards program that aligns with business objectives and supports employee retention.
  • Ensure corporate policies are aligned with industry best practices and in compliance with legislation, and recommend policy updates and enhancements as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive leadership experience in a role of comparable size and scope.
  • 3 years hands-on experience leading large-scale change management and employee engagement programs.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Personnel, Human Resources, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation.
