- Participate in Training Requirements: You will participate in training requirements for production personnel, ensuring that they are up-to-date with the latest procedures and protocols.
- Performance Appraisals: You will be responsible for conducting performance appraisals for Lead Inspectors and Inspectors, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
- Competency Review: You will be responsible for conducting monthly competency reviews for Inspectors, ensuring that they are meeting the required standards.
- Ensure Accuracy of Data: You will ensure that all data related to our client and customer expectations is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- International Passport: A viable international passport is an asset.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Flexibility: You must be flexible and able to meet customer service demands.
- ISO Standards: You must be familiar with all ISO standards.
- Education: You must have a Grade 12 diploma or GED, and post-secondary education is required.
- Criminal Record: You must not have a criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted.
Working Conditions:
- Physical Presence: You must be physically present in Ontario to apply.
- Local Travel: Some local travel is required.
