- Guaranteeing timely and damage-free delivery or storage of customer products.
Financial Responsibility
Your role will involve upholding financial policies and procedures:
- Ensuring accuracy in inventory management, returns, and damage reporting.
- Understanding the impact of decisions on profitability.
- Optimizing associate working hours and activities to minimize overtime and maximize productivity.
Safety Champion
You'll be a key player in maintaining a safe work environment:
- Understanding and implementing the location's safety strategy.
- Promoting safety awareness among all shift associates.
- Leading regular safety meetings to reinforce best practices.
Growth & Customer Focus
You'll contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction:
- Projecting a positive and proactive attitude towards customers.
- Understanding the location-specific customer goals and objectives.
- Identifying areas for potential enhancement through continuous improvement initiatives.
Fleet & Asset Management
You'll ensure the proper maintenance and utilization of equipment:
- Verifying that all equipment is in good working order.
- Completing and submitting maintenance documentation to relevant vendors.
- Ensuring vehicles are securely parked when not in use.
