We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our Information Services team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure by providing technical support to our staff across multiple locations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical assistance to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems, utilizing your strong troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, mobile devices, and common applications.
  • Document all support interactions and resolutions within our ServiceNow system, contributing to a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
  • Deploy and configure new hardware equipment, including printers, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, ensuring seamless integration into our network environment.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to maintain the stability and security of our systems, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a healthcare IT support role, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of this sector.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Proficiency with software deployment tools such as SCCM and InTune, ensuring efficient and secure software distribution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with users of all technical backgrounds.
