Job Title: Site Superintendent

At National Rent-All Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and senior management to plan, coordinate, and execute building projects.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including site logs, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a site supervisor or equivalent.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering) an asset.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: WHMIS, Fall Arrest, and First Aid certifications required.
