Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Oversee the management of construction sites, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and instruct on-site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project.
  • Communication: Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, and senior management to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, site instructions, and contract documents.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a site supervisor or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a solid grasp of building concepts and details.
  • Certifications: WHMIS, Fall Arrest, and First Aid Certification.
