About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie-MOH to join our culinary team at Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for producing high-quality menu items, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Preparation: Assist in the preparation and presentation of menu items, adhering to recipes and standards set by the Chef.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee kitchen functions to ensure a high caliber of internal and external customer service, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory of all food and related products, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality and quantity of production for all food-related products, adhering to WHMIS, Occupational Health and Safety Codes, and Food Safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve common goals, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years kitchen experience, with 1 year in a casino environment preferred.
  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and shift work.
