About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at MG PRECAST LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit production reports to management
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor construction workers to ensure high-quality work
    • Recruit and hire skilled laborers and staff
  • Project Coordination
    • Estimate costs and materials for projects
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Quality Control
    • Inspect and review construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards
    • Identify and address any quality control issues
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and management

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction
