Your Impact and Our Collaborative Success

As a Senior Pension Analyst, you will deliver analytical and administrative support to clients, plan members, and your team. Your responsibilities will encompass various pension calculations and administrative initiatives, including Pension Indexation, Pension Adjustments, Valuation Data Extracts, and Annual Statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize our advanced proprietary administration system and pension databases to conduct data reconciliations, contribution reconciliations, and benefit calculations.
  • Address routine inquiries and requests from clients and plan members.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end annual pension statements.
  • Collaborate within a team, taking guidance from and supporting senior team members to deliver quality, client-focused administrative services for our corporate clients.
  • Enhance your industry knowledge through participation in internal training sessions.
  • Contribute to special projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in pension administration, analysis, or implementation.
  • A college diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
  • ASA designation and/or a background in DB pension actuarial science.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
