Job Summary: TELUS Health Retirement Consulting practice seeks a Defined Benefits (DB) Administration specialist to lead client service delivery, with a focus on serving small to midsize markets. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of DB pension administration experience and a strong understanding of pension and tax legislation. Key responsibilities include production of annual pension statements, review of complex calculations, and technical analysis of plan provision changes. Additional skills include exceptional customer focus, strong communication and project management skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a coaching mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will be an expert in helping employers administer their DB pension plans, with a strong understanding of the complexities of pension administration and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
