About the Role

The Hiring Partner Inc is seeking a highly skilled Family and Estate Law Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on estate planning, trust administration, and family law matters.

Responsibilities
  • Act as executor, trustee, or guardian in estate matters, ensuring the smooth administration of estates and the protection of beneficiaries' interests.
  • Provide expert advice on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and property disputes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in family and estate law, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
