Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Estates Planning Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience in estates law and procedures and will be capable of contributing to all aspects of estate planning and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, and related areas.
  • Work closely with clients to assess their individual needs and develop customized legal strategies that align with their objectives.
  • Advocate for clients in managing their estate affairs and assist in resolving estate-related disputes, such as those involving powers of attorney, financial accountability, contested wills or trusts, and general estate litigation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of junior associates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in estates law and procedures.
  • Strong understanding and expertise in estates law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional, cost-effective, and responsive legal services to clients.
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities.
  • Dedication to personal growth, curiosity, collaboration, and diplomacy.
