Job Summary

Fleet Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Service Customer Support
    • Manage service requests and schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
    • Partner with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Productivity
    • Oversee inventory levels and management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
    • Manage inventory storage and organization to ensure easy access and retrieval of parts.
  • Process Analytics
    • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and ensure successful adoption.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in customer service and operations.
    • 2+ years of experience in a service and parts department preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
