About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at J Mann Janitorial Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Housekeeping: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Security and Safety
  • Criminal Record Check: A criminal record check is required for this position.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
