At Grand & Toy, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective sales compensation planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives and drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement reporting tools and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and compensation metrics.
- Manage the incentive compensation process, including calculation, loading, balancing, and reconciling.
- Partner with IT to ensure seamless integration with ERP systems and other reporting tools.
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems, with experience in Power BI an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
