Role Overview

As the Director of Sales for Positrace, you will oversee two critical teams: Account Executives (AEs) who are dedicated to acquiring new mid-market customers, and a Sales Development Representative (SDR) team that supports these efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Account Executives and Sales Development Representative teams to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in sales strategy and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Strategic thinker with a ability to analyze complex sales data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales operations and revenue growth strategies.
