Culinary Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cali Mexican Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demand.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock levels to prevent waste and minimize losses.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of sales, wastage, and other financial data to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Supervision: Supervise 5-10 people
